About Emma Wischmeier

Biography

Emma Wischmeier is an associate attorney at Dobbs & Folz, LLC. Following graduation from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Business Management, Emma earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Emma spent two summers at Dobbs Legal Group. Throughout law school, Emma had the opportunity to work alongside judges in the IU McKinney Supporting Rural Justice Initiative, and clerk in agriculture and tax law practices. These experiences led her back to Peru, Indiana, where she looks forward to assisting clients in estate and succession planning.

Emma’s passion for agriculture and aiding farm families developed as she grew up on a row crop farming operation in Southern Indiana. She was an active 10-year 4H member and participated in FFA. Emma looks forward to building her career by working with families and farming operations throughout Indiana.
